Give the significance of the line ‘Unknowing I understand’ in ‘Brotherhood’?

Or. What is the challenge in the line “Unknowing I understand’.

In the poem ‘Brotherhood’, the speaker stands under the starry sky and perceives (পারসিভ) the vastness of the universe around him. He realises that human life is a finite lapse (1919) of time. Its purpose and destination is determined by the stars. He realises this intuitively. But he cannot explain it logically. By this, the poet means that we have little knowledge of the world around us and the cosmic forces that govern our life. Intuitively, a human being only comes to know that a certain place in the organic unity of the universe has been reserved for him or her. However, reason cannot explain such unconscious understanding.
